The MSSSOA’s Annual Conference and Trade Show will be held on July 23, 2021 at the Golden Nugget in Biloxi, MS. 

Our Annual Conference & Trade Show will bring together speakers with a focus on legal and operational education. Attendees from throughout the state, and surrounding  areas, gather to hear from attorneys and industry leaders in a variety of formats including round tables, panel discussions, Q&A sessions, and presentations. We will be welcoming Anne Ballard with Universal Storage Group, Tommy Nguyen with Storage Pug, Gregory Porter with Summit Real Estate Advisors, and more! Our Trade Show will host over 15 local, regional, and national vendors working in the self storage industry. Due to the pandemic and cancellation last year, we expect this to be our biggest show yet! Please register all owners, operators, and managers to attend this year's event!
